IMPACT NETWORKS – funding call dedicated to cross-border cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine
We announce the launch of the first IMPACT NETWORKS call for projects, implemented within the EUroBridge_UA_MD project, funded by the European Union.
The call aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine by developing sustainable partnerships, increasing the administrative capacity of the participating organisations and enhancing regional competitiveness. At the same time, this call prepares the beneficiaries for the second funding call – CAPACITY & INNOVATION, dedicated to implementing the initiatives developed within the current competition.
💶 Funding
- Grant of up to €50,000 per project;
- Funding covers 100% of the eligible costs, with no mandatory own financial contribution;
- Project duration: 6–10 months.
👥 Who can apply?
The call is addressed to the following categories of organisations:
- Cluster organisations;
- Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH);
- Regional Development Agencies (RDA), established and recognised in accordance with national legislation.
📌 What results must the projects deliver?
Each funded project will implement a Development Plan, which must lead to three mandatory outputs:
- ✅ a Joint Strategic Plan for cooperation;
- ✅ a Portfolio of projects prepared for future funding opportunities;
- ✅ a Pool of Experts, bringing together organisations and specialists for future collaborations.
These results will form the basis of the second call, CAPACITY & INNOVATION, focused on implementing the projects developed at this stage.
📅 Timeline
- Call launch: 1 August 2026
- Deadline for submitting projects: 31 October 2026
- Project implementation: starting no later than 31 January 2027.
📩 Funding applications are submitted exclusively through the official EUroBridge_UA_MD platform, in accordance with the Guide for Applicants. Complete information and the necessary documents are available on the project platform.
CMDA, as Contracting Authority for the beneficiaries from the Republic of Moldova, encourages all eligible organisations to identify partners in Ukraine and to seize this funding opportunity to develop solid and lasting partnerships in the cross-border region.
