EU-funded cross-border programme
EUROBRIDGE UA MD strengthens cross-border cooperation and administrative capacity between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine — two EU candidate countries — through joint projects in their shared border regions.
The project is funded by the European Union through the “Support to Ukraine and Moldova Border Regions” programme (ERDF Technical Assistance). It runs for four years (2025–2029) with a total budget of €1,999,678, financing joint mini-projects and a shared training programme for local administrations, business hubs, clusters and civil society organisations.

€1.5 million is allocated to two cross-border funding programmes. Projects are carried out by at least two partners — one from Ukraine and one from Moldova. Estimated launch: the first call in summer 2026, the second in spring 2027.
Finances development plans for partnerships that strengthen cross-border cooperation among the most representative ecosystem actors.
Financial support for SMEs and public authorities to improve management, operations and their capacity to provide products and services to the Single Market.
Public and private entities — local authorities, SMEs, clusters, EDIHs, regional development agencies and civil society organisations — in collaborative projects of at least two partners, one from each country.
The Republic of Moldova and the Ukrainian regions of Odesa, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia.

Beneficiaries must acknowledge the support received and ensure the visibility of the programme in all communication activities, publications and events related to the funded project.
