EUROBRIDGE_UA_MD is implemented, in accordance with the Grant agreement, by a consortium of three partners: the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region in Ukraine (coordinator), the Municipal Center for the Development of Entrepreneurship (MCDE) in the Republic of Moldova and Hygia Consult (Cluj) in Romania. All partners of the partnership contribute jointly to the design and delivery of the programme.
The project facilitates cross-border cooperation between local and regional stakeholders in the border regions of Ukraine and Moldova, building a practical and sustainable framework that supports joint initiatives, increases administrative and operational capacities, and enables knowledge exchange between regional actors.

A cascade-funding mechanism of €1.5 million supports over 110 cross-border partnerships. Each project is carried out by at least two partners — one from Ukraine and one from the Republic of Moldova.
