Today we officially launched the European project EUroBRIDGE_UA_MD in Chișinău!
The Municipal Centre for Entrepreneurship Development of Chișinău City Hall, together with its partners, kicked off an initiative that will help local administrations, entrepreneurs and civil society organisations from the two countries cooperate, learn from one another and develop projects together.
EUroBRIDGE_UA_MD is a project funded by the European Union and implemented by:
- The Municipal Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (Chișinău)
- The Regional Development Agency of Odesa (Ukraine)
- Hygia (Romania)
Total budget: €1.99 million
Objectives:
- Strengthening the capacity of local administrations
- Support for SMEs and civil society
- Cross-border grants (€10,000–50,000)
- Joint training and mentoring programmes
Through this project, we aim to achieve results with a lasting impact:
- building new partnerships between local public administrations, the business community and civil society;
- developing institutional skills and transferring European good practices in local governance and SME support;
- launching joint initiatives to stimulate entrepreneurship and regional economic integration;
- strengthening cross-border cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine through concrete actions and measurable results.
